Technical Highlights

• Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX): A new multimedia system featuring innovative technology based on Artificial Intelligence and an intuitive operating system. MBUX technology is pioneering a new level of in- car experience. MBUX can be operated by Voice Control, the Touchscreen, Touchpad and Touch Control Buttons on the steering wheel. The system has learning capabilities and intelligent Voice Control with natural language understanding and a verbal cue of "Hey Mercedes". New generation offering an extended range of options bringing in greater vehicle control, EV specific functions and increased comfort.
• 360 degree camera (3D Surround View) with Moving Off Information System: High definition cameras are placed on the front, rear, left, and right sides of the vehicle. Videos from these four cameras create the 360° view of the vehicle surroundings. The passive MOI system monitors the area directly in front of the vehicle. The driver is first informed by an information signal, if a road user (cyclist/pedestrian etc.) is in the monitored area.
• Blind Spot Assist including Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Exit Warning and Sideguard Assist:
• Blind Spot Assist monitors the rear and side areas of the vehicle using two short-range radar sensors located in the rear bumper.
• Rear Cross Traffic Alert: Automatic braking to avoid collision with traffic crossing the vehicle's path (e.g. vehicles, pedestrians) when reversing. If an object is registered, the warning symbol on the corresponding side mirror lights up in red and additionally, an acoustic warning signal sounds.
• Exit Warning alerts the passengers when exiting the vehicle, if an approaching vehicle is registered
• Sideguard Assist warns the driver when a road user (e.g. cyclist) enters a defined area on the passenger side.

• Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC® is able to follow a vehicle in front at a pre-selected distance at a wide range of speeds and relieves driver strain on long journeys and when following vehicles.
• Traffic Sign Assist: If the cruise control is activated and the optimal available Traffic Sign Assist has detected a speed restriction sign, the maximum permissible speed displayed in the instrument display can be stored and the vehicles maintains or does not exceed this speed.
• Active Lane Keeping Assist is able to detect unintentional lane departure, warn the driver and help to guide the vehicle back into its lane with one-sided brake actuation.
• Active Brake Assist with Cross-Traffic Function continuously checks the safe distance to the vehicle immediately in front, warns the driver optically and acoustically of potential collisions and autonomously brakes the vehicle to a full stop if required.
• Digital rear view mirror improves the view to the rear. A camera is installed at the rear of the vehicle and the image is displayed on the screen of the interior mirror. This solution has a high benefit for customers with no or limited rear view. For Cab Chassis a pre-installation is offered ex-Factory with instruction to complete the installment by the Upfitter.

The values given refer to the German market. The actual range also depends on the individual driving style, road and traffic conditions, outside temperature, use of air conditioning/heating, etc. and may vary.
3. The stated figures are provisional and were determined internally in accordance with the "WLTP test procedure" certification method. To date, neither confirmed values from an officially recognized testing organization nor an EC type approval nor a certificate of conformity with official values are available. Deviations between the values quoted and the official values are possible.
