Model Positioning
- The GLC marks the second-generation of the midsize luxury SUV that first debuted as the GLK in 2009. The Mercedes GLC sets benchmarks for ride, handling, safety technology and comfort and offers off-road capabilities.
- The AMG GLC 43 boasts 362 hp and 384 lb-ft of torque from its AMG-enhanced biturbo 3.0L turbo engine and, mated to an AMG-enhanced 9G-TRONIC 9-speed automatic transmission, the AMG GLC 43 provides strikingly good SUV looks with performance to match.
- The Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 represents the first midsize SUV from Mercedes-AMG to be offered with a V8. The handcrafted AMG 4.0L V8 biturbo engine offers up 469 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque which is sent to all four wheels by way of 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive with fully variable front/rear torque distribution. In addition, the new GLC 63 SUV offers all the advantages of a Mercedes-SUV: ample room for passengers and luggage, comprehensive array of safety equipment and superior traction in all road conditions. The GLC 63 features a dynamic design highlighted by a Panamericana grille, previously reserved for the AMG GT family of sports cars.
