Long-time Mercedes-Benz Dealer Rick Hendrick and the Hendrick Automotive Group will become the new owner of two Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Charlotte area.

The first location will result from the acquisition of Beck Imports. Hendrick assumed ownership of Beck Imports of the Carolinas at 5141 East Independence Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28212 on April 15, 2009.

The second location at 10937 Old Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC, will be a new facility with targeted completion in 2011. Autohaus is a comprehensive facility design and operational blueprint that Mercedes-Benz has developed to improve the dealership sales and service experience for customers.
